VOW TATTOO is a tattoo studio located in Minamisemba 1-chome, Osaka. The logo, featuring a "cloud" and "VOW," symbolizes a "transitory vow." We are exploring the redefinition of tattoos in an ever-changing era.

The first time I received praise for my artwork was when I was in elementary school. The words "That's amazing" from my parents, classmates, and homeroom teacher became a formative experience for me. Since then, I have been deeply influenced by art, leading me to where I am today. I hope my tattoos can enrich your life, even if just a little.

Nice to meet you! I'm TARO from Nagoya. Influenced by the hatching technique, I specialize in blackwork tattoos that use lines for expression. This genre, not widely recognized in Japan, is known overseas as "Engraving tattoo" or "Etching tattoo." While I excel in line work, I also offer a wide range of tattoo styles. KAORI / Tattooist
Being from Hokkaido, I developed an interest in the tribal tattoos of Ainu culture, which were familiar to me. I have loved drawing since childhood, and I continue to create original tattoos featuring my character "Watage-chan”. In addition to characters, I specialize in “dotwork tattoo” and designs that accentuate the body's natural lines. I take the time to listen carefully to my clients, aiming to create tattoos that bring them satisfaction.

My name is Tee, and I am from Mie. Having worked in the apparel industry for many years, tattoos have always been a close part of my fashion sense. As I delved deeper into the art of tattooing, I discovered "micro realism," a popular style in Europe and Korea. Micro realism uses the thinnest needles to create realistic and delicate designs. I specialize in tattooing animals and people as they appear in photographs, combining or directly translating them into tattoos to achieve maximum realism. As one of the few micro realism artists in Japan, I am constantly advancing my skills.
TOMBO / Apprenticeship
Hello, my name is Tombo. I specialize in bold yet delicate designs influenced by ”sumi-e”ink-and-wash painting, a traditional Japanese ink painting technique. My main genre is abstract tattoos, and I draw inspiration from the "suminagashi” technique of ink marbling to create dark and fluid designs. I strive to offer my clients unique and dynamic tattoos.
